Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces, but we know returns happen. This guide explains how to start a return or exchange. Shop with total piece of mind.

Check these details before your return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in new, unworn condition.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be free from marks, perfume, make-up or signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear or earrings, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Adalene account and go to the “My Orders” section.

2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.

3. Follow the instructions to request a return or exchange.

4. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email. In some cases, we may provide a return label.

5. Pack your item(s) securely and include any required paperwork.

6. Send the parcel back using the method indicated in the email.

Please keep your proof of postage and any tracking number until your return is fully processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping costs are usually non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

• If you requested an exchange and the item is available, we will ship the replacement once your return is approved.
• If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@adalene.com with your order number and photos, so we can help you quickly.
